d.a.t. [divulgazioneaudiotestuale] è una rivista digitale peer reviewed ad accesso aperto, edita dal 2017 col proposito di stimolare una riflessione sui rapporti tra produzione e didattica musicale riuniti nell’ampio spettro delle discipline delle arti e dello spettacolo. La rivista ospita studi di ambito pedagogico e didattico-musicale e pubblica in lingua italiana, francese e inglese. Giocando sull’omofonia del più celebre supporto DAT, la denominazione fa riferimento da un lato alla divulgazione della musica d’arte (intesa come quella musica motivata da un pensiero oltre che da una azione), dall’altro alla sua trasmissione nell’esperienza didattica attraverso contributi di saggisti e artisti determinati a comunicare la propria ricerca nel campo di possibilità del suono allargato alla parola.
È prevista l’uscita di due numeri semestrali ad aprile e a ottobre – nel tentativo di stimolare l’attenzione sull’esperienza musicale quale crocevia inestricabile di teoria e prassi.

d.a.t. [divulgazioneaudiotestuale] is a peer-reviewed, open-access digital journal published since 2017 with the purpose of stimulating reflection on the relationship between musical production and education, brought together within the broad spectrum of the arts and performing arts disciplines. The journal hosts studies in the pedagogical and musical-educational fields, publishing in Italian, French, and English. Playing on the homophony of the more famous DAT medium, the name refers on one hand to the dissemination of art music (understood as music motivated by thought as well as action), and on the other hand to its transmission within the educational experience through contributions from essayists and artists determined to communicate their research in the field of sound possibilities extended to the spoken word.
The journal publishes two issues per year, in April and October, in an effort to stimulate attention on the musical experience as an inextricable crossroads of theory and practice.
